Locate API overview

The Locate API ingests mixed RINEX NAV files, parses supported Keplerian broadcast ephemerides, caches them, and serves a selection of the best ephemeris per PRN.

Currently supported constellations (Keplerian model): - GPS (G) - Galileo (E) - BeiDou (C) - QZSS (J)

Non-goals (for now): - GLONASS (R) and SBAS (S) (different record structure) - Hatanaka compressed navigation files
